Overview
If your account has been enabled for direct deposit you will still use the Customer Dashboard to add earners and issue payouts. If your account is not enabled for direct deposit, and you'd like to offer that for your earners, let us know by sending an email to customersupport@checkrpay.com.
Once you have added an earner to the dashboard, they will be notified to sign up by activating their Checkr Pay account, and then entering their deposit information in the Checkr Pay wallet. Currently an earner does need to complete the full Checkr Pay onboarding flow including verifying or entering their personal information as well as accepting all consents before they have the option to set up direct deposit.
The direct deposit product utilizes standard ACH transfers. Payouts that are issued are expected to arrive in the earner's external account 2-3 business days after being issued. It is recommended to process your payouts no later than Wednesday at 9 AM ET for an expected arrival on Friday of the same week (assuming there are no banking holidays in between those days). Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of those funds because the receiving bank may choose to hold the funds for processing before they make them available in the earner's account.
